Dear Executive

As we move towards COVID Normal, businesses and community facilities are being reminded about the importance of physical distance and hand hygiene when they reopen to help slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

Our team has prepared a range of materials, which are designed to be inclusive, and adaptable while sharing this important public health message. The materials include posters, signs and stickers to communicate key messages to workers and customers. By doing the right thing and taking these simple steps, we can help our favourite places to stay open. Our behaviour will make this work.

As part of our plan to support industry to safely reopen and get Victorians back to work, the Victorian Government has also developed a COVIDSafe Plan template to reduce the risk of introduction and spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the workplace.

Every Victorian business that is open for on-site operations must have a COVIDSafe Plan and more information is available at coronavirus.vic.gov.au/covidsafe-plan.

As we move towards COVID Normal, Authorised Officers are now visiting businesses across Victoria to ensure compliance. Several Victorian Government regulatory agencies, including WorkSafe, are working together to ensure businesses are following the Chief Health Officer’s directions to slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

We would appreciate your support by partnering with us to share these posters, signs and stickers with your facilities and stakeholders as they reopen so we can all work together to keep Victorians safe.

The campaign materials are available for businesses to download at www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/signs-posters-and-templates
